Crèvecouer Mom in Florida

Hi,

Been reading for a while and getting involved at last.

We have acreage in St. Augustine and new 6-day-old Crèvecouer chicks from Greenfire. Since they are on the Livestock Conservancy's critical list, I'm finding very little about them online, but a lot of the general chick information is helpful.

I bought a chicken tractor from a maker in Sarasota and currently have the following brooder set up in my regulated 70-degree garage:

medicated purina w probiotics
probiotic and electrolytes water
soft-side dog playpen brooder
Brinsea ecoglow
pine chips (was paper toweling)
