Update: Got a pic of her beak this morning. The dark spots are scabs/clotted blood. She also has some mash stuck to her face haha.
She seems to be doing well. She's readily eating her mash and I gave her another dose of aspirin. She's being very careful with her beak and she can't pick things up, but she seems in good spirits today!
