Cracked beak

She cracked her beak this morning I have separated her from the others been putting medication on it tried using super glue but she won't let me hold it in place it hurts her :/ she isn't eating I'm not quite sure what to do at this point?

Hold her mouth open and when she calms down from u hold her mouth open take some medical glue and put it on the cracked area and it should heal it

Any certain way to hold her head? Me and my boyfriend took turns trying earlier but were afraid of injuring her further and any ideas on food that she could possibly eat? I bought crumbles for her but she won't eat that
