Cracked bill?

I have a female duck that's about 10 months old. I just noticed she was bleeding a little bit from the top of her bill, and there is a little crack maybe 1/8 inch long. I don't know what happened. Is there anything else I should do for her besides trying to keep it clean? It doesn't seem to bother her.

I tried to take a picture but she wouldn't cooperate...

as long as it's just a simple crack it should heal fine, you might want to add some Apple cider vinegar to their water it's a great antiseptic and will aid in healing. 1tablespoon to 1 gal of water. Keep us updated.
