My silkies have cracked an egg, carrying it and droppng it on the eggs she was setting. The egg on the bottom got a hairline crack, I could see the membrane.
I superglued it, fanned it dry and it hached 5 days later.

Hi Im no expert in hatching chicken eggs but I have alot of experience with my pigeons and their eggs. I have used clear nail polish to seal cracks in eggs and it has always worked. I dont know if it would work for chickens but I wouldnt think its that big of a difference. hope this helps
