My last broody was an amazing mama. For some reason my newest broody hen had cracked eggs for all except 2. These 2 eggs made it to day 18 went out to check and noticed bedding was wet lifted mama and one egg is cracked and oozing. I candled egg and do see a fully formed chick. But wasn't moving. I don't know what to do. I am new to this. Help please :(. Is it a goner?

If the egg is cracked and stuff is oozing out and the chick isn't moving ..it sounds Iike it's already dead.

How cracked is it? Can you post a picture?

I will take a picture here in a bit. I put it back under mama. The oozing could have been from another egg they cracked in nesting box. I made the mistake of not moving her when she went broody 🤦‍♀️ so not sure if its her or other hens doing it

The absolute best repair I have found for cracked eggs is 'liquid bandage'. I've used nail polish and beeswax but neither worked better than the liquid skin.
I once dropped an egg on a hardwood floor with cracks over about half of the egg. It was only about 10 days into incubation yet using the liquid skin, it continued to develop and hatched out a chick perfectly fine.
