Cracked egg help

One of my hens has been sitting on a clutch of eggs for almost 3 weeks now. Theyre due to hatch on the 20th-23rd. Today theres been an accident. A few hens got into her nest and knocked down the eggs. One is cracked but it didnt crack open. I have confirmed rhat the baby in this egg is still alive and again the egg didnt break open theres just a crack on the side. It only has 3-5 days to go. Can it live? Is the membrane going to dry out? Is there anyway i can save it?
