Cracked egg, is it safe?

I had 3 Pullet (small) eggs crack during cold spell last week.
Membrane intact. .
I cooked and ate within an hour. . GC
ETA; If the eggs are clean, I eat the same day.
If they were leaking or dirty l wouldn't eat.

If you are including the eggshells, remember to really really smash them up. I would even go as far as mortar and pestle them so that they don't associate their own eggs for food.

Unnecessary.....Fallacy.

Sometimes I will just throw it on the ground in the run, forcefully so it splats, and just let them clean it/eat it up.

The first time I chicken sat for a buddy years ago, he was showing me the ropes and grabbed a cracked egg out of a nest and threw it forcefully to the ground...it was fully consumed within seconds.

I’ll eat them myself if the membrane isn’t busted....

Wife cracks them open to put them in Tupperware. Tupperware eggs get used before the shelled eggs.
