Cracked egg, only 5 or 6 days until hatch! Is a bandaid ok?please help

Is it ok to put a bandaid over the crack? It is small and nothing is coming out of it. it is near the air sac i think. Please help me I am sitting here with my 10yr old niece and we dont know what to do!!

I don't think a bandaid will do much good. You can melt a little candle wax and put it over the crack to seal it.

I read another post where someone used clear fingernail polish. I don't know how it worked out.
