cracked egg

I came into my classroom saturday morning to find one of the eggs had cracked and yolk spilled onto the bottom of the incubator.

I threw the rest of the egg away but I am wondering what to do about the yolk.
Should I take all the eggs out and quickly clean the incubator or just leave it and hope the smell doesn't get too bad?
Any advice is much appreciated.

Today is day 9. The egg cracked either Friday night or saturday morning so that would have been day 6 or 7.

The incubator is a Hova-Bator 1602N.

I would take the eggs out and clean the incubator. Just try not to shake or jar the eggs, anymore than you have to. You dont want to leave that yolk in there for the next 12 days.
