Crackling sound from BO?

What's wrong with my buff orpington? Sh'es 7 weeks old and is making this crackling noise occassionally, sounds like its coming from her throat or nose. There's no drainage, her lungs sound clear but she's keeps rubbing her beak on the ground? What should I do?

Crackling sound may be a type of air sac disease. Either cull or treat with an antibiotic. Auryeomicin (sp?) may be a good choice to start with if you want to treat. Can be obtained at Farm store. Some people dont treat but cull, do to fear of surviving birds being carriers.

I've got some Sulmet do you think that would help? I gave them all yogurt last night.
