Craigs List image theif - ANOTHER AD with my pics

Someone was nice enough to let me know that some unimaginative entrepreneur in Raleigh area, NC had stolen an image from my BYC page and offered it up as his own design available for sale on Craigslist. I've also added the verbage on my BYC page that my images are not available for Ebay/Craigslist/other resale purposes.

I've asked this person to remove the image, but would love your help in flagging this ad for removal.

I haven't been able to figure out yet how to email to Craigslist admin. I've only flagged as prohibited for unauthorized use of design/image.
Really, I made the page for anyone to make the coop for personal use, but I have a problem with people who offer it up as their own design for personal profit. Scumbag.
