Emyyy..most likley they are...it's alful....when we go to the dodge city live stock auction they are crammed in to cages way to small for them, thrown around like there nothing........although last i was there (it's been a while) there was a guy up in the last seat's taking pic's by cell phone of how some animals where being brought in
