Cranberry Creek Gamebirds

Has anyone else ordered from a Mike Hack who seems to do business as either Cranberry Creek Gamebirds or Central Wisconsin Homes? I ordered some Hungarian Partridge eggs and had a terrible experience. Wondering if I was just unlucky or if anyone else has had a bad experience with him.

I've worked with Mike & Wendy Hack for a long time & have always had great service.

Eggs can be tricky, particularly Hungarian Partridge, because they are very sensitive to temperature. Depending on what time of year and where they're being shipped, they may end up in a delivery vehicle in either too much heat or cold to survive. I have never had a problem, but I'm sure they would stand behind their products.

Have you tried calling them? I'm sure they would either send a replacement shipment or refund your money. Sorry to hear about your experience. Let me know how it turns out.
