Crazy chickens

Suckered into a trade. I originally have 8w chicks. I was added a 2y female. She won't stop attacking the babies. I don't get it. She is vary sweet otherwise. How do I get her to be ok with the other pellets?

She probably never will be ok. Can you return her?

You can't just dump chickens in with each other and expect them to get along. You have to properly integrate the flock together. Look up the see no touch method.

right now I have to 2y free ranging in the front(fenced in) yard and the younger ones in a tractor supply coop and run but at night the babies go in the coop with the door shut and the 2y is in the run. we really dont have anything major in the city that will go in my yard and then the run. because we have a lot of security that is made to scare humans but works for animals as well. I also have an outside cat that doesnt care for the chickens but will take down a big dog in a heart beat, hes crazy.
While free ranging she will go to the run and jump at the cage where the pellets are. pellets dont care and go about their day.
