Chick hatched stained yellow?? Rooster is a splash Silverudd Blue and the hen is either easter egger or a mixed breed that is blue laced red in color...

It looks correct to me. The down color will change and be replaced with feathers in a few weeks. I can see a hint of blue in that chick also.
Mixes can throw some interesting chicks.

Thank you! I hope it stays lighter, all the others I have hatched from the rooster have been darker blues these three, plus six hatched last month...

Yup, it's Splash. If the Father was Splash and the Mother is Blue, you would get 50% blue chicks, and 50% splash chicks. You were just inlucky before, lol!
