I love this model just because the position is so regal looking to me. He has a place of honor in my nightstand.

Other info: I got this guy for Christmas a few years ago, and he is my favorite Schleich horse. He just has such a realistic look, it is beautiful to me. And those wise, deep, dark eyes.

I have her too! Mine is named Calypso. They're the prettiest couple.

Omg, I LOVED it. I'm super picky too, haha! It's a bit if a hard read, because they're in Europe and it's an older book, but I really liked it.

They say he's a thoroughbred gelding.... Can thoroughbreds even come in the pinto variation?

Yes, though it's pretty rare. I know they can be overo, and I think sabino, but I'm not sure if they can have other patterns. I haven't read about it much I guess.
I thought in the book they said he was some sort of crossbreed, but I'd have to check on that too.
