CRD dormancy time

Does anyone have an idea of how long CRD can remain dormant? Its been over 3years ago that I had a CRD infected flock in the barn, I culled the flock and nothing has been in there for over 3 years now. I have some turkeys that need a home in the barn yet I'm a little worried about CRD still dormant in the barn any suggestions or previous experiences would help.

Mycoplasma gallisepticum (CRD) and coryza live just a few days, and after cleaning a coop you can get chickens after 2 weeks, so I think you are good. Thanks for the info Eggcessive! Its been a while since The disease was there but I'm still going to give it a good disinfecting, thanks again!
