CRD?

I may have a pullet with CRD, I got her from a reputable breeder who is an APA master exhibitor. However, she does have a nasty cough. No nasal discharge or swelling. I messaged him about it, he said that he has noticed that in his line of Brahmas, and that they run with all of his other birds and they are the only ones with symptoms. He did offer to switch a breed or refund. If it is CRD, my other birds were close for a little while, will my birds be affected? I would like to keep her, she is a beautiful bird, but what are my options? Thoughts?
