Cream legbar 4 weeks old

Hello! I'm stumped on whether this cream legbar is a roo or hen. I'm thinking roo due to the comb but the coloring looks very similar to the definite pullet I have. It's approximately 4 weeks old. I've also attached a pic of it at a few days old.

The coloring says female but the comb says male. So either an early developing pullet or oddly colored male. Is there any chance it's a cross such as an olive egger?

Looks like a females tail to me, not sure about that comb though.

Supposedly not but it's from tractor supply so who knows it's coloring is nearly identical to my other one though that comb is just really throwing me off!

They generally don't get that red that early though. Even large combs like leghorns take a while to pinken up.
