I believe ManwithChicks meant one white dot is seen on the chicks head.

I believe the lighter one is indeed a pullet. No white dot like the other two.

My bielefelders are sexed the same way and I just had the same situation. I went back and forth on whether this really faded one was a pullet or cockerel. No white dot but no defined stripes either. She is very much a pullet now. Time will tell for yours.

I think that’s what my free “unsexed” chick is but I have no clue. I’m not gonna hold my breath lol
