Cream Legbar cockerels, when will hormones hit?

I have 2 CL cockerels, 17 weeks old. They still have no interest in pullets. At which age does this breed mature? I need to relocate one of them but so far I have no idea which one is better. They're both equally nice to the girls.

I have two Cream Legbar/Silver Duckling Yokohama cockerels. They’re both nearly seventeen weeks and one started mating at fifteen weeks, the other one is just now barely showing interest. They are all getting along with each other and the main rooster, who is their father. I’m sorry this doesn’t answer your question, but hopes it helps a little bit!
