Cream Legbar HEN with big spurs

Hello! Is it normal for cream legbar hens to have spurs?? I have one ~8yr old hen with big spurs, and her sister who died about 3 years ago also had big spurs too. I'd say hers are about a couple inches long, and I ideally want to trim them as they do reach the opposite foot when she walks.

Perfectly normal and nothing to worry about. It dose look like it's getting very long, so trimming it would be a good idea.

Yes, spurs are sometimes possible in hens. I think it's the testosterone level that causes it.

Impressive for a female. My girls don't get that long unfortunately. Currently working to see if it's a trait I can pass on for females
