I have a pair of cream legbars from the Greenfire line. They are only a month old, but from the get-go the roo has been a son of a gun. Every time I pick him up he fights and rapid fire pecks my hands. I'm deeply concerned about keeping him, though I'd intended to breed the pair. Does anyone know if this is typical of the breed? I have no desire to be afraid of my chickens!
