i just caught this rooster running around wild and I did some research and found him out to be a Cream Legbar, that seems to be the most identical to him. He also has a rose comb.

He isn't a cream legbar.
I'd say a mix also.
Cream legbars pattern is pretty simple so there's other breeds with it as well as a lot of mixed breeds.

He has no cl characteristics. He is a mixed breed
1) The Legbar has a Single Comb, and this cockerel has a Rose Comb.
2) The Legbar has white ear lobs and this cockerels has red ear lobes.
3) The Legbar has pendulous ear lobes and this cockerel does not.
4) The Legbar has large wattles and this cockerel does not.
5) The Legbar has long thighs this cockerel has short thighs.
The triangle body shape of this cockerel makes him look more like pit fowl or a game to me.
