The SOP committee has the 2010 and 1938 editions of
The American Standard of Perfection, as well as the
British Poultry Standards 6th edition. We just posted the shape and color descriptions to start conversations and give breeders something to breed towards. Once the history is downsized to a printable size, it will be released in second draft form along with the Economic Qualities, Disqualifications, and Standard Weights sections
As an update to all, I will be mailing off our questions about shafting and the color cream to two UK poultry judges tomorrow. It will take a bit of time to receive answers, but they are coming!
