The markings aren’t very clear on this one. I know I have a pullet and a cockerel but this one? I think cockerel.

This is a definite cockerel:

The pullet isn’t fluffed up enough yet for a picture.

I'd say pullet on that first one as dark as the pattern is.

Are you sure? The white spot keeps putting me off as the CL pullets I’ve hatched before have just had the dark brown stripe. But then like you said, with how dark it is, it makes me think pullet. I guess we’ll know for certain when the feathers come in. Thank you

When I use to raise Cream Legbars all my chicks hatched with head spots. Males had a larger spot and much lighter pattern. In theory both sexes should have a head spot because they both inherit barring genes.

Looks like a pulley. Small well defined spot with dark head
