Cream of soups

Just had a flash of genius? Does any one know if you can use canned evaporated milk in a pressure canned soup recipe. I know you aren't supposed to use fresh dairy. Will I kill someone?

Hi, Garden Weasal, I am from the Huntingdon area. Nice to see you on here. I can't answer your question but I would love to know how you make canned cream of soup? I have never tried that but would love to do it. I make my own cream of soups and yes I have used evap milk for those but did not can them.
