Creamleg bar isn't laying or pooping right

Hello, so i've posted about this chicken before miss.cream ! She always would lay once a week or every two weeks. Sometimes I would see discharge in her vent or like an opened egg i'd say. Ive posted videos before about her. She isn't gaping anymore. She just hasn't laid , has been lathargic , and a messy vent. I've taken her to the vet before thinking its worms or something but they found nothing. Once again she hasn't laid in some time and is now acting funny :/ what could it be or how could I help her ?

She may have something reproductive going on, it's hard to know.
Does she have any bloat or feeling of fluid in the abdomen?

You can give 300mg Calcium Citrate+D3 once daily for 5days to see is she's able to expel any lash material or egg matter.
