Creating a buff laced (or Chamois as we call them here in New Zealand)

Hi there, can anyone tell me how this colour is created please?

sorry I meant to say Sebright is the breed- how do I create a buff laced (chamois) Sebright, we don't have that colour here in New Zealand, butI would like to try and create it.
