Creating a new breed of chicken

@chickenlittle21 Thanks!! I do have some 1 month old Brahma/australorp crosses that I might add to boost egg production at some point. I was worried adding poor laying breeds such as liege fighters and Cornish rocks will decrease egg production dramatically but if I can introduce some large, egg laying crosses like this later on then I might have to. I never considered adding them but if they grow out and meet my standards then I may. Here’s one of the 5 month old project roosters. I haven’t weighed him yet but I’m guessing it’s close to 8 or 9 pounds with still a lot to go. He’s got a lot of the qualities I’m looking for minus feathered legs and the color.
