Creating an enriching chicken environment

While looking for information for another post I came across this research article explaining how to keep chickens happy and stress free in a research environment. (If using chickens for research, having a stressed out bird can affect the results of the study. Happy birds give accurate results!) It brings up some good points of what you should consider when planning your coop/run set up. I figured it would be helpful for people still in the planning stage of their coop....
