Carson213, Where did you find your instruments? I also want to start caponizing but have trouble finding the right tools.

I use the curved tweezers from the dissection kit to grab under the "bean" and yank it out.

I also bought the NASCO tool set, which I found was AWFUL. I only use the tie down straps from it anymore.
