Creating varieties of Peafowl

Hi..........
......I have two 8 days chicks, one is having brown colour over shoulder edge wing feathers and 2 light spot on either side of the back close to neck area where as the other one is having white feathers but 2 light spots on the back, near neck area .......what can be they in future.
