Crested duck help!

I have a white crested duck that is 6 months old. I also have 3 other pekin ducks. Recently I have noticed my crested duck ( Daisy's ) crest has been getting smaller. Today I noticed it's almost gone! I am worried about my little duck! Could this be seasonal or something to do with diet? Any information would be greatly appreciated!

Are the other ducks boys? Have you seen mating activity lately?

Yes 2 of the other ducks are males. I do see occasional mating activity. I usually see it in the pond but I have never seen a duck pull, peck, or pluck at her.

They could be pulling the crest during breeding activity. Are the drakes aggressive during breeding? You might only be able to keep one drake with that many ducks.
