So this afternoon I was putting crickets in a container for another pet I have when I couldn’t get all of the crickets out of the box. I took the box to my chickens and dumped the remaining crickets out there, (no more than 30), threw the box away then came back to see they had all scattered before my chickens got to them. Do I need to worry about them breeding or chewing on my chickens? (They aren’t any bigger than a quarter.)

Crickets are like chicken candy with great protein. You'll be surprised what all they will eat.
Snakes, toads, frogs, mice, every sort of bug, and I even had one that would actively hunt fish alongside the pond.
