Crippled chicken, will she recover?

I have a buff orphington who had a bad case of leg mites which I successfully got rid of the leg mites from. She still eats, drinks and enjoys her treats but she doesn't walk at all. She has been living in my house because the others were picking on her and I have been giving her aspirin to ease the pain. Is she going to ever walk again or is she going to be forever crippled? Has anyone ever had experience of a chicken recovering? Her legs look great now, they are growing new scales but I didn't know if I am hurting her by keeping her alive? HELP!
