Okay, I am going to blame this on working nights and being tired.... but was there a decision about making the 35 or are we still making 20??? If we made the 35 we could do 7x5 squares and it would be a good size.

And is anyone else besides CT making ones with the bullions?

We only have to do 20. I am going to make 36 so every member will get one. Its up to each of us to decide how many above 20 to do if we want to.

Our racing has been rained out today so guess I won't be a race track hooker today after-all, lol!! The track re-scheduled for tomorrow, odd because they have never beenopen on sunday before, should be interesting...at least it will be a daytime race, new for us there too!! So, I'll be workin on mine from home today, hopefully knock out a few so I won't be so shamefully behind with only my 5, lol!!!

The pattern I'm using is called an Old American Square, which is a variation of the granny, but they look the same to me!
I've got 15 complete, and I'm halfway through the 16th!

Salamander & Mangled....gorgeous!! A++++++++++++++ Very good!! Wow!! This really is fun and the finished products should be sooooo incredibly nice!!!!!! This is how crazy I am though...I'm already thinking about digging through my garage boxes of yarn to see what Christmas yarn I have for our Fall swap, lol!! Makes me think of that song "Crazy, I must be crazy..." lol!!!!

Wow!!! There are some really beautiful sqs. being shown. And all the colors are beautiful!!!


I've kinda slacked up the last 3 days. Have a doggy that's not feeling well. She's 14 and had to go to the vet for her rabies and she got all upset and sprained something in her right front leg so I'm having to give her a lot of tlc. She kept me up all night because she just kept pacing. Also they had given her a low dose tranquilizer and it really threw her off.
But I love this vet because she raises chows and understands them and Sadie really likes her. Dr. Mulligan can get Sadie to do about anything she wants her to do so that makes it a little easier.

Anyway. I have 26 done and working on some more today while she and hubby sleep! LOL!
