Crook Neck!!!!

Hi every one I have a silkie who may have crook neck and I was wondering what it looks like? Is it obvious all the time? What are the treatments? Please help!!

It does look crooked. I don't know what could be done other than maybe see if you could move it a little each day. I wouldn't overdo it but a lil therapy shouldn't hurt.
