crooked beak

I have one that I 'rescued' from the farm store during chick season. She, also, is missing an eye on the side the top beak goes to. She is now about 4 months old and is a good weight. I very carefully file her beak every week or so, just a little at a time to keep the length better for her. She also feeds out of a deep crock pet bowl and I make a mash for her each day. She can't target small things like bugs and has trouble picking things up which is sometimes sad to watch, but she seems busy, healthy and happy and has a close hen friend that buddies with her.

I also have an EE that was hatched without an eye and has a severely crooked beak. I just got a call from a friend that has chicks from this coop of EE's-her chick has developed a crooked beak!
I am going to stop breeding them (obviously) but what can I do for this one that is severely deformed? I don't want to see it starve to death slowly. How do you all cull your chicks?
