Crooked bill

If my duckling has a crooked bill, will another partner bully her? And possibly harm her

She’s adorable and I doubt another duckling would pick on this one. You’d have to introduce slowly for a couple days but I bet they’d be fast friends.

With these birds, just make sure they have deep waterer's and feeder's so they can scoop the food into their mouth easily. It sounds like that's all your duck will need.

I do want to address that keeping chicks with ducklings is just a bad idea in general. Ducklings keep a brooder basically moist/wet all the time, which for chicks, can cause a various amount of problems, but one to name specifically would be Coccidisois which thrives in this type of environment.

I would buy her another duck friend, and separate them from the chicks.
