Crooked chick foot

I have a bantam cochin who doesn't want to put weight on one foot. I've already started probiotics, vitamin b and e and have taped the foot to help keep the toes spread.

The chick is eating and pooping fine, but is growing much slower than the others. It breaths a little heavy, but I can't imagine that foot feels good.

No matter how I tape that foot I can't get it turned straight. The chick turns that foot in, the other foot is better but slightly turned in too. The leg can move, but I haven't seen movement in those toes.

Is there anything else I can do? I'm concerned the foot is bruised/broken since it's blue-ish.

This pic is from this morning before rewrapping. I've had it taped for 2 days.

Try taping again, put her foot flat and put tape over it. I left my chicks for a week, his were like that. Completely better. He did have interned feet and this took care of it, they takemgetting used to for the chick but they’ll be ok and good luck❤️

Thanks for the positivity! Feels like there's always something going on with one of my chickens, but this is the first issue I've had with a chick.

Little peep is taped up again and I'll redo once that one loosens up.

Of course! I was so scared for my chick and then he got attacked by my cat🤦‍♀️ But they’re good now he’s on the left, his names king and the other is joker

I hope so! He's never too happy with me after I poke around the foot and give vitamins
Oh mine too🤣 I have another who just hatched with crooked feet, they will be taped once I get him out. i never gave cfitsmins so maybe thats why mine was okay with it🤣 good luck!

Sort of making progress. The foot is still as crooked as the day is long, but the purple is going down.

This little one is growing and walking a bit better each day. Still hates me fussing with the foot and trying to syringe vitamins though
