I have bunch of quail that are nearly 3 weeks old. I just moved them outside and they are able to have more space, so maybe that's why I just noticed this one with the crooked neck. Its neck is off to one side like it has major scoliosis in that area. It walks around fine, but maybe just a bit slower than normal, and is one of the bigger ones of the batch, so I assume it's also eating fine. When I picked it up to examine it, I also noticed that it has extremely pale feet compared to the other quail. I am going to return most or all of the males to the breeder this weekend, so this one will be culled along with the rest. I just want to know if I did anything wrong or if it just was born this way? The others quail are doing great.
I found this picture and this is close to what my quail has.
