Crooked Toes

My chick has crooked toes. they didn't show up until it was an older chick (not quite a pullet). I think it's genetic. How do you fix them?
 
Are they curved to the side? If so it is too late to fix them. In the first week of life, it can be fixed with taping or splinting, but not at this age. Most of the time they can get along with crooked toes, depending on the severity. One type of curled toes can be from riboflavin deficiency, where the toes are curved under into little "fists.)
