crookneck treatment

Is the treatment the same if crookneck is caused by either injury, like being pecked or stomped on, and an infection?

I would think so, one of my silkies got wryneck and I cured it by giving her the liquid out of vitamin E geltabs once a day.

Was Vit E the only thing you gave? I have also wondered it if would help to brace the chickens neck.
