There seems to be more solid matter in her poop this morning. The ball in her crop has split into 2 pieces, its squishy when I massage it for 10 mins but goes back to firm in the night.

did your hen recover? I ask as my hen sweetie has sour crop and is not getting better and I have to go out of town on Sat for a week.
