Hi my black copper Maran is about 2 yrs old and came down with sour crop. We have been treating her for about 4 days with draining the crop and monistat.

She did not eat her soft feed or eggs this morning after eating well for about 2 days. She has started with a jerking motion- I thought it was adjusting her crop but really doesn’t look good. Here’s a video.

That does look like she's adjusting her crop to me. If it's not emptying, then there is more going on. What do her droppings look like? Do you know when she last laid?
Often times a slow or stopped crop is a symptom of something going on farther down. It can take some time to try to narrow it down. The souring is due to it not emptying. I will link to a couple of articles on crop issue that contain LOADS of information which should be helpful in trying to narrow it down.

Thank you! Her droppings look normalish a little runny. I honestly cannot remember the last time she laid.. maybe 8 months ago. But she seemed healthy otherwise.

I’m not sure at this point if we should continue with our treatment. We may go to the vet tomorrow, but honestly the only vet in town that sees chickens- I’ve known more than him the two times I went.

That is not uncommon with vets and chickens, sadly. Two of the most common things that cause crop issues are internal parasites, and reproductive problems. If you do see a vet, a fecal test can rule parasites in or out, and sometimes imaging can help with reproductive issues, sometimes not. It depends a great deal on what it is and how experienced the person reading the images is. If you want to go ahead and worm her, that's a safe thing to try to see if it helps. I've had birds with a heavy load of parasites take up to a week for everything to go back to normal again, but many times it's faster. Safeguard, either the liquid goat wormer or the horse paste are usually easy to find locally (fenbendazole). Dosing would be .23 ml per pound of body weight, given orally, once a day for 5 days in a row.
