crop problem!

Hi all,

I have an easter egger Superwoman who is suffering from impacted crop... I think. Her crop is really hard but doesn't feel round, it's more bony and long feeling. She is also super low energy and not eating much at all. She's lost considerable weight. I've been feeding her olive oil and water with a dropper and giving her crop massages. I can't tell a difference at all...

Is this in fact impacted crop? If so, what else should I be doing?

Also: should I bring my chicken inside? She has lost a lot of weight with this crop issue and I'm worried she can't insulate herself well against the cold new york nights.
