Pretty sure my Olive Egger hen has an impacted crop. Hard with the feel of grain at bottom. Trying to treat her with a statin and she ate the first three doses mixed with coconut oil first time, coconut oil and grubs 2nd and 3rd. Today she is onto us and won't eat it. Some of the messages mention using a syringe, but how do I do that? She fights any attempt. Any other cures or suggestions for the impacted crop? She eats, walks around, and looks alert.
