Crop Problems?

Hello. I have a flock of 15 mixed breed laying hens who are 5 mos old. Yesterday, I found two bloody poops and the intestinal lining of a bird. At first, I panicked and thought it was cocci, but later decided it wasn't (lack of additional bloody poop). The bird who pooped out her intestinal lining has been a little less active than normal, but otherwise fine. One of the EEs was acting off all day yesterday, but otherwise seemed fine (eating, drinking, good color, no injuries or discharge). I added some ROPA to their water (vitamins + oregano oil, made for hens) and kept an eye.

Today, the EE started looking pale, so I picked her up to examine more closely. When I moved her to check her vent, a bunch of water came out of her mouth. In total, 3-4Tbs of fluid came out. It was clear and odorless. Her color came back and her crop shrank by about half. She is very lethargic and is panting. She also has diarrhea that is white and green. She sits wherever I set her, neck feathers fluffed, tail down and wings down. Her eyes are bright and her comb is well colored. Her vent is normal-dry looking.

The other hen who was acting a little withdrawn also has a crop that's squishy and full of water. In total, six of the birds have large crops that are watery (this is at 7pm, so about two hours before roosting for the night). One of them also expelled water when I picked her up.

So, my question is, could the other birds (as in, not the EE) just have recently had a drink without eating and be just fine? Can water coming from a bird like that be normal? What might be the problem with the EE? Is there anything I can do? The closest thing I can find online is sour crop, so the water crop birds are now separated and have only water with probiotic and yogurt available. Should I give something more?

Has it been very hot in your area? If the fluid had no odor, I wouldn't think it's sour crop. The wings and tail dropped along with panting and diarrhea sounds a lot like an overheated bird...

I wouldn't rule out coccidia entirely, but small amounts of shed lining aren't necessarily cause for alarm as long as it's infrequent.

It was about 80 today, but only around 70 yesterday. The EE definitely has something wrong with her, given her total lethargy. The others are more or less acting normal, just with this water balloon crop situation.

Should I dose the flock with Corid? I did pick some up at the vet yesterday, so it'd be easy enough.

Yeah, that's not nearly hot enough for heat stress like that unless you have chanteclers or some other cold-loving breed. I honestly don't know if it would help, but Corid won't hurt if coccidia isn't the problem.

This morning, three of the six who had squishy water crops had managed to empty. The other three (the sickly EE, the one who shed her intestinal lining, and one of the orps) still had the bloated water balloon crop situation. They've been without water or food for 12 hours now. I couldn't get any of them to vomit. Maybe I'm doing it wrong? Any advice?

Also, this is what some of the poop looked like in there this morning. Thoughts?
